How long can Larcool coolers hold ice?
Larcool is designed for long-lasting ice retention. Our 24 Can Soft Cooler is designed to hold ice for up to 48 hours, making it perfect for weekend outings and daily use. For longer adventures, the ChillElite line delivers extended performance, keeping your drinks and food cool for days. Keep in mind that results vary and so is the performance based on outside temperature, usage, and how often you open the cooler. Pre-chill your cooler and contents for the best results.
Do I need to pre-chill my cooler for best results?

Yes, pre-chilling your cooler enhances cooling efficiency. We recommend storing the cooler in a cool place before use then pack it with ice and already chilled items overnight.

Can Larcool coolers handle dry ice?

Larcool coolers are not designed for dry ice use. The extreme cold may damage internal linings and seals. Stick with reusable ice packs or traditional ice for best results.

Are Larcool coolers suitable for beach, camping, or hiking trips?
Yes, Larcool coolers are built for rugged conditions. Our soft coolers feature a tough TPU lining, while our hard coolers use rotomolded construction for maximum durability. All models are designed with waterproof and leakproof exteriors that can withstand sand, heat, and rough terrain.
Can I use my Larcool cooler on a boat?
Absolutely. Larcool coolers are designed to handle life on the water. With secure non-slip feet and built-in tie-down slots, they stay firmly in place even when conditions get rough. Just pack it, strap it, and enjoy your time on the water without worrying about your cooler sliding around.

Yes. Larcool coolers feature compact dimensions that fit easily into cars, trunks, or RV compartments. They’re also 15% lighter compared to other rotomolded models and come with ergonomic handles, making them easier to load and carry while still keeping your food and drinks cold for the long haul.
Are Larcool coolers safe from bears and wildlife?
Yes. Larcool coolers are designed with rugged protection in mind. The heavy-duty lid latches and dual-pin hinge system keep the cooler securely sealed, making it far more difficult for bears or other wildlife to break in.
Can I store perishable food or medicines inside?
Yes, perishable items like dairy, meats, or insulin can be safely stored when used with sufficient ice. Larcool coolers are built with closed-cell insulation and a high-pressure injected foam core, ensuring that contents stay consistently cold and fresh for extended periods. Always monitor the internal temperature for medical-grade storage.
Are the coolers suitable for both hot and cold items?
Larcool coolers are primarily designed to keep items cool. Using them for hot items may affect their cooling efficiency and is not recommended.

Product Care

How should I clean and maintain my Larcool cooler?

For optimal performance and longevity, clean your Larcool cooler by following these steps:

  1. Empty the cooler – Remove all contents and use the quick drain system to release any melted ice or excess water.
  2. Rinse the interior – Lightly rinse the interior with water. For soft coolers, use a damp cloth instead.
  3. Clean with mild soap – Use warm water and mild dish soap with a soft sponge to clean all surfaces.
  4. Rinse thoroughly – Rinse out all soap residue with clean water. Avoid high-pressure spray directly on zippers or seams.
  5. Dry completely – Wipe down with a dry towel. Leave the cooler open in a well-ventilated area until fully dry to prevent mold and odors.

Tip: Avoid bleach or harsh cleaners that may damage the cooler’s surface, and store with the lid slightly open to prevent odors.

Product Warranty

What is the warranty on Larcool coolers?
Larcool coolers come with a one-year limited warranty.
  • First 6 months: Coverage includes both parts and labor, plus round-trip shipping costs for replacement parts or repairs.
  • Months 7–12: Coverage still includes parts and labor, but the customer is responsible for shipping the product to AlorAir for repair. AlorAir will cover the return shipping back to the customer.

Order Placement & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all regions within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). If you have specific shipping requests, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that shipments are not sent out on weekends or holidays, and occasional delays may occur due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

What is Larcool's return policy?

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided on our Returns Policy page or contact our customer service for assistance.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
For defective products, Larcool covers all return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item for other reasons (a mistaken purchase or no longer needing the product), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that only unopened items are eligible for return unless the product is defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you do not see your refund after 5 business days, we recommend contacting your bank first and then reaching out to our customer service team.
